These 36 bioclimatic houses are distributed on the land to enhance views and privacy. From the house and garden one sees the sea and the green roof of the house below. The use of thermal clay brick, the green covers and stone cladding of walls provide thermal comfort to the houses. This community recycles sewage water and the ecological pavement reduces rain water loss. In 2002 the Promaris European Mediterranean Foundation awarded the complex the First Price for Mediterranean Environmental Quality for a sustainable development.
