This Project promoted by the Therapeutic International Institute of Catalonia had the aim to improve the welfare of people with different disabilities or illnesses providing full universal accesses. It is a place that invites to relaxation and where disabled people can spend time in close contact with nature. Two apartment typologies where designed, one for blind and mobility-impaired people with all the necessary services and closely related to the thermal water area and one other for them and their families in sector C a more secluded area.
